Eden Arts projects include, but are not limited to, Picnic Cinema, The Winter Droving, C-Art, Remote Cinema, Cine North, The Unseen, Route 66, Borderlands.

MARKETING

We use information such as your email address, location, purchase history to send you information on upcoming events which may be of interest to you.

EVALUATION

We never use identifiable personal data in our evaluations unless expressly stated. Our evaluation forms will not ask for personal information along with sensitive data (postcodes, sexual orientation, group numbers etc.) that is identifiable with the individual. This data is used for reporting to Arts Council England and other funding bodies.

What information is being collected and how is it collected?

Your name and email address is collected through our email sign up form, through the Eden Arts website, Google Forms or physical forms with a consent tick box.

We use cookies, pixels and tags (collectively defined as “Cookies”) on the Eden Arts website for a variety of purposes. By using the Eden Arts web site you consent to the storing and accessing of Cookies on your device in accordance with the terms of this Cookie Policy.

Why is it being collected?

To inform you of news, events, activities and opportunities via our newsletters and social media. Information is also collected to form evaluations on projects and report to our funders including Arts Council England however this information will remain anonymous.

How will it be used?

We process your data through some third-party processors. This includes Mailchimp, Facebook and Google.  This will only be used if you have opted to these preferences.

MAILCHIMP

We use mailchimp to send e-marketing campaigns to your email address. Emails are targeted through your location (IP Address) and interests – you select these on opting in to our mailing list. We use a double opt-in system, and you are given the option to unsubscribe or update your preferences at the bottom of every email we send.

FACEBOOK

We use Custom Audiences for targeting ads on Facebook. Facebook matches any data we upload with the data they hold to build a custom list we can then target through ads.

GOOGLE

Similar to the facebook custom audiences, we can use google ads to target custom audiences through your google account.

In addition, we will ensure that you can easily opt-out of receiving direct marketing from us at any stage.

Who will it be shared with?

We will never sell your information to a third party under any circumstances. We may anonymously share your data for statistical purposes with funders.
