Coinciding with Crafty Vintage’s weekend fair on 4th August we will be screening everyone’s favorite holiday film, Sightseers (15). This dark comedy follows Chris, who shows his girlfriend some of his favorite sights in the north of England. Events soon conspire against the couple and their dream caravan holiday takes a very turn. Some familiar nearby locations feature in the film, including Keswick’s Pencil Museum, Long Meg & her Daughters and Honister Slate Mine.
Arrival Time: Campers entry from 5.30pm. Non campers entry from 7.30pm, entertainment starts from 8.00pm and film starts at dusk (approx 9.30pm)
Tickets: Non-Camping £15.00 With Camping £25.00 (inc. booking fee)
GLAMP IT UP: This year we have teamed up with fellow Cumbrian company, Belle Hotel, who will be offering a more luxurious version of camping. 4m Bell Tents will be pitched and ready for you on the cinema site. They sleep up to 4 and come in 2 different furnishing levels either complete with 1 or 2 double airbeds bedding, rugs, cushions and lanterns or just bare if you’d rather bring your own gear.
