A Coen Brothers 1998 film which has gained a strong footing in cult film status. The Big Lebowski has inspired festivals, conventions and bars around the world.

FOOD & DRINK: Creeping Kate’s Cafe will be open all day and there will be a BBQ on the evening on site plus the Tower Bar will be open for business. The cafe will be serving breakfast in the morning too. Bring your own also allowed.
Muncaster Castle is officially haunted. Really, it is. The castle and grounds are also stunning and the view of the Lake District from the castle is jaw dropping.
ARRIVAL TIME: All ticket holders get free entry into Muncaster Castle gardens from 10.30am. You can set up your tents from 5.30pm onwards. Non-campers entry onto cinema site from 7.00pm. Film starts at dusk (approx 9.30pm)

GLAMP IT UP: This year we have teamed up with fellow Cumbrian company, Belle Hotel, who will be offering a more luxurious version of camping. 4m Bell Tents will be pitched and ready for you on the cinema site. They sleep up to 4 and come in 2 different furnishing levels either complete with 1 or 2 double airbeds bedding, rugs, cushions and lanterns or just bare if you’d rather bring your own gear.
